New Week - Not too sick, back on track
I weighed in at a whopping 166, which is only 2lb's above my goal. Not bad ( I was also fully dressed.) I'm done feeling sorry for myself and back on track.Breakfast - 110g of FF yogurt for 1 point and 32g of Nutty Nuggets for 2 points, which means my points are down to 19.
I'll update after the WW meeting.
