BreakfastFor the breakfast, I scaled back on the Nutty Nuggets, because we were going to be at a friends house for lunch. And since I couldn't count on what we'd exactly be having, I'd error on the safe side.

1/4 cup low fat cheese - 2 points
about 10 pickels
sweet, i have 2 points left for the day. Looks like things worked out.
