Lunch - 18 Points 23.5 Flex

Whew, that was a hard run, but well worth it.

Running - +4 Points
2tbs Bleau Cheese dressing - 3 Points
Carrots - 0 Points
Ham Sandwhich - 3 Points
28grams of pretzles - 2 points
Lots of water

That's 14 Points and 23.5 Flex

I see you are back to doing points. Is it better for loosing weight than core? I see you get many points, is this because you are now maintaining?

It's not that it's better, it just that to me it's more flexible during the time of festivals and such. I can still be bad during the day and count the points if I want to. With core, any bad points come directly out of my 35 weekly Flex points. If it was say, Setember, I would probably do core.
