After being on vacation for a couple of days, and being a tad, off-program, I've decided to create this blog. It is my intention to post (daily) what I eat and even what we make. I say we, because my wife will most likely be a contributing editor since she is such a big part of my success.

I've always liked to tell you that you should never set unrealistic goals for yourself and your weight loss. Following that philosophy, I will say for sure that I will update this blog at least once a week with my meeting notes and themes. During this time, while I get back on track, I will however post my eating and work out habits. Enjoy, and please comment.
